Product Description
This machine is automatic equipment integrating machine, electricity, and gas. It adopts PLC control, man-machine interface operation, AC step-less speed regulation electrical system, and acoustic and photoelectric alarm. The roll paper is automatically cut according to the set length, formed by the lower stopper rod, anthe d then rotated by 60 degrees to the top of the bottle mouth through servo positioning. Then, the upper stopper rod is inserted into the bottle and automatically transported to the next process.
Reverse Stoppage Technology
Ensure the quality of the stoppers, prevent the edges and corners of the paper from being exposed at the bottle mouth.
Groove type photoelectric eye&Guide wheel
Automatic shutdown in case of no paper or lack of paper.
Conveyor,the photoelectric eye
The machine starts working after the bottle viewing photoelectric eye installed on the conveyor belt detects the bottles.
Conveyor wheel&Paper scissors
The paper is cut by the motor and transported to the scissors for cutting.
